Guide to get Internet at your lot

Welcome!

First a little about our internet here at CORA.

The Internet Service is currently paid for by the lease from the cell tower on the property at CORA.  This only guarantees internet at the Clubhouse.  It has been slowly expanded over the years by donations and a one time fund back in 2015 to help get it going all done by volunteers.

This system is maintained by a completely volunteer group and you are not guaranteed to have it at your lot as it is not part of the HOA bylaws.  We do what we can.  I must repeat we are not an internet service company and if you want reliable internet with someone to call 24/7 you will need to purchase your own internet.

If you expect fast and reliable internet you will need to get your own Starlink or Highline Internet.

Our system is not designed for business use.

It can handle only email, web browsing, and at times some streaming.

We are Volunteers as well as lot owners who are maintaining it and are not oncall 24/7 like an internet service provider, so when it fails, you will have to wait and be patient.  It could take us awhile to get to you depending on the availability of a wifi volunteer up at CORA since we are all lot owners and not everyone is around.  We also fix in a first come first serve basis.  We are donating our time to this free wifi system and are also not experts but do what we can.  If you feel the need to complain about it please purchase your own internet.

We as your Wifi Committee Members will do the best we can with what we have!
